This show has been initially triggered by researching Grey Owl aka Archie Belaney who was an Anglo-Scot from Hastings who lived as a backwoods man in the Lake Témiscouata region, Quebec and Manitoba to be an important lecturer and communicator to people in the UK promoting conservation in the northern wilderness
