A writer in two Indian Languages, Hindi and Maithili, Vibha Rani has more than 20 books in her name. She is a translator, journalist, radio artist, script writer for documentaries and TV serials, folk singer, playwright and theatre personality. She is a believer in art for all. Gaali geet is a culture, tradition and an understanding of society. In Mithila, Gaali geet are sung during a wedding,as an ice-breaker for bride and groom and the families.
